18. EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS
1. Returned items will be accepted for full credit (Shipping Cost excluded) within 7 days of delivery if the item(s) have not been opened, are unused, are in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. Any clothes should also not be washed.
2. The cost of returning the items will be deducted from the amount credited or refunded.
3. Returned items after 7 days will automatically carry a 15% handling fee. No return for refund or credit will be accepted after 14 days of delivery.

19. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
1. When your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or credit.
2. Once approved, we will automatically assign the credit balance to your account for future purchases. If you choose to pay your refund into your bank account, we will need a certified copy of your ID document and proof of bank details to process any payments.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
1. All refunds are made in an approved bank account via EFT payment.
2. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval and confirmation of refund sent by email. Please wait for the 7 days to pass before contacting us to follow up.

Only normal price items can be refunded, marked items unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Return of items
1. To return your product, contact us for arrangements for picking up your item(s).
2. You will be responsible for paying the courier charges for returning your item unless there is a factory error clearly on the item. Courier charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund.
3. A shipping fee is payable on all orders ordered and paid in full or in part with a coupon. (All exchanges have a delivery fee payable)
4. Depending on where you live, the time it can take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
